  • Eating Tips for Better Moods: Tuesday, Oct. 11, 10:30-10:45 a.m.
  • Five Acupressure Points for Stress Reduction: Friday, Oct. 14, 1:30-1:45 p.m.
Week 3
  • Mindfulness/Body Scan Session: Monday, Oct. 17, 12-12:15 p.m.
  • Sleep Better: Thursday, Oct. 20, 9:45-10 a.m.
Week 4
  • Five Acupressure Points for Stress Reduction: Tuesday, Oct. 25, 10:30-10:45 a.m.
