The UC San Diego Health Employee Wellness Program will offer the second-annual six-week Healthy Sleep Challenge from July 13 - August 21. The effect of sleep on our lives is dramatic and improvement will benefit all aspects of well-being. This program offers tangible, easy-to-implement information and action steps. The challenge includes weekly emails including a short educational video, live question and answer hours and covers the following:
Baseline assessment and sleep education
Behaviors and stimulus control that lead to falling and staying asleep
Circadian rhythm assessment and schedule timing cues
Autonomic nervous system balancing
Breathing
Tools for continued success
