 Are you looking to elevate your health?  How about starting with improving the quality of your sleep?  The UC San Diego Health Employee Wellness Program will offer the second-annual six-week Healthy Sleep Challenge from July 13 - August 21.  The effect of sleep on our lives is dramatic and improvement will benefit all aspects of well-being.  This program offers tangible, easy-to-implement information and action steps.  The challenge includes weekly emails including a short educational video, live question and answer hours and covers the following:

  • Baseline assessment and sleep education

  • Behaviors and stimulus control that lead to falling and staying asleep

  • Circadian rhythm assessment and schedule timing cues 

  • Autonomic nervous system balancing

  • Breathing

  • Tools for continued success
